Coaching, training and workplace support for neurodivergent individuals and those with long term health conditions.
How We Can Help You
Coaching
Neurodivergent and wellbeing coaching designed to support individuals with ADHD, autism, AuDHD, long term health conditions and menopause. Our approach is tailored and practical, helping people understand their strengths, navigate challenges and develop strategies that improve confidence, wellbeing and daily functioning at work and beyond.
Training
Specialist neurodivergent training for employers and colleagues, designed to build understanding, confidence and inclusive practice across the workplace. Our sessions help teams better understand neurodivergent experiences, communication styles and support needs, while offering practical strategies to create environments where everyone can thrive.
Assessment
Workplace assessments to identify reasonable adjustments, helping individuals and employers understand what changes or supports will enable someone to work more comfortably, effectively and sustainably. We explore a person’s working style, challenges and strengths and translate them into clear, practical recommendations.
Rehabilitation
Return to work services that support individuals in rebuilding confidence, capacity and routine after time away from work. Our approach focuses on understanding each person’s needs, strengths and barriers and developing practical, achievable steps for a safe and sustainable return.
